Troy Howley

Troy Howley has nearly a decade of experience in pre-transactional and pre-employment due diligence, with particular depth supporting hedge funds, private equity firms, and institutional investors through comprehensive public records and open-source intelligence research. He has developed strong expertise working with low- and mid-cap firms evaluating potential acquisitions — bringing the same rigor to smaller mandates that larger clients expect on marquee transactions. Prior to RosettiStarr, he worked in the investigative and due diligence department of a large accounting firm. Earlier in his career, he spent five years with a nonprofit supporting refugee resettlement in partnership with the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement. Troy holds a B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University and an M.A. from Cornerstone University.
