Stuart Koo brings a litigation attorney's precision to RosettiStarr's investigations and litigation support practice. Drawing on years of experience in civil litigation, he conducts pre-transactional due diligence investigations for hedge funds, private equity firms, and institutional investors, and supports complex matters spanning pharmaceutical product liability, antitrust, copyright infringement, and breach of contract. Stuart has also provided litigation support to investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is barred in Maryland and holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with concentrations in Business Law and Intellectual Property, and a B.A. with honors from the University of Maryland.
