Sebastian Sosman brings over a decade of international experience to RosettiStarr's transactional due diligence and corporate investigations practice, having lived and worked across three continents. He has led high-profile matters involving corporate takeovers, shareholder disputes, and white-collar fraud, combining rigorous investigative methodology with the cross-border fluency that complex engagements demand. Sebastian holds a B.A. in European History from Bates College and an M.A. in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
