Scott Grainger

Scott Grainger brings over 25 years of experience in the systems integration industry to RosettiStarr, with deep expertise in enterprise-level physical security design spanning the full spectrum of physical and electronic security technologies and methodologies. His career has encompassed roles as Project Manager, Engineer, Vice President of Security, General Manager, and Director of Security Consulting — a breadth of experience that informs both the strategic and operational dimensions of his work. At A3 Communications, he oversaw a team of 200 employees and managed a $100 million P&L. Scott is a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and holds numerous industry certifications.
