Olivia Nilsson

Olivia Nilsson specializes in human source intelligence, bringing to RosettiStarr a track record of managing complex interview programs for institutional investor clients across due diligence, market intelligence, and investment decision-making engagements. She previously oversaw all North American interviewers at a leading intelligence firm, where she was responsible for operational efficiency and building high-performing teams — experience that informs both the quality and scale of what she delivers at RosettiStarr. Before moving into intelligence, Olivia was a business reporter at the Yomiuri Shimbun, Japan's largest newspaper. She holds a B.A. from Whitman College and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, both magna cum laude.
