Lydia Eze-Sankara

Lydia Eze-Sankara provides operational and business development support across RosettiStarr, working closely with colleagues and leadership to coordinate projects, streamline processes, and keep complex initiatives on track. She brings particular focus to the connective tissue of a high-performing team ensuring that people have the information, resources, and structure they need to execute effectively. Prior to RosettiStarr, she worked at a corporate intelligence and cybersecurity firm, where she supported business units and office management while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on operational priorities. Lydia holds a B.S. in Psychology from Stevenson University.
