John Bedard

John Bedard brings deep subject matter expertise in digital intelligence and security to RosettiStarr's most technically demanding engagements. An exceptionally skilled OSINT researcher, he collects and analyzes information across public records, social media, satellite imagery, and commercially available data and is known for his ability to distill complex narratives and dense fact sets into clear, actionable intelligence for clients and their advisors. His work spans pre-transactional due diligence, litigation support, corporate investigations, and shareholder activism matters.

Prior to RosettiStarr, John supported the U.S. mission to NATO at the State Department and researched nuclear nonproliferation policy at the Arms Control Association in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.A. in Journalism and International Relations from the University of Maryland and serves on the advisory board of the American University Repository for Open-Source Research & Analysis, where he provides training and mentorship to students pursuing careers in OSINT.
