Jacklyn Abernathy

Jacklyn Abernathy specializes in pre-transactional due diligence across Spanish- and English-speaking markets, with particular depth in political ties and corruption risk in Latin America. Prior to RosettiStarr, she led large-scale due diligence investigations at a major compliance and diligence firm, and brought additional government investigations and civil litigation experience from her work as a paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission. Jacklyn holds a B.A. in Global Studies, Political Science, and Spanish from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
