Elsa Bollmeier

Elsa Bollmeier specializes in pre-transactional due diligence and investigations, with a focus on management due diligence and the analysis of complex document sets to surface critical insights. At RosettiStarr, she also supports case intake, review, and case management across the firm's pre-transaction practice. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience with a government contracting firm and conducted donor analysis for a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit. A proficient Spanish speaker, Elsa holds a B.S. in Global Business from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, with a minor in Art History.
