Cormac O’Harrow

Cormac O'Harrow specializes in strategic research, pre-transactional due diligence, and shareholder activism support, with particular expertise in leveraging the Freedom of Information Act and state open records statutes to surface material information on regulatory exposure, public-sector interactions, and other factors critical to contested transactions and activist campaigns. Prior to RosettiStarr, he worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he researched technology policy and cyber risk and contributed to the 2020 Hidden Costs of Cybercrime report on the economic and national security implications of cyber threats. He holds a B.A. in Economics and International Studies, with a concentration in Global Security and Diplomacy, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
