Blake Mobley, PhD specializes in behavioral interviewing and corporate culture “fitness” assessments.
He previously served at the CIA as a counterintelligence specialist–he supported clandestine operations and produced analytic reports for two Presidents and their cabinets. He has served as the Chief People Officer at a US-based company that aims to revolutionize mobility by transforming waste into low-carbon, renewable fuels. Prior to that, he was the Chief Information Officer at a biotech company valued at $12 billion.
Blake also served as a political analyst at the RAND Corporation and is the author of Terrorism and Counterintelligence: How Terrorist Groups Elude Detection (Columbia University Press, 2012) and Evading Secret Police: Counterintelligence Vulnerabilities in Authoritarian States (2021), as well as other books and articles on the topics of interviewing, counterintelligence, insider threats, and political instability.
