Alec Haskard

Alec Haskard brings a distinctive combination of compliance, corporate governance, and investigative expertise to RosettiStarr. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a compliance analyst at Northrop Grumman, where he conducted risk-based due diligence on non-U.S. trading partners in support of anti-corruption efforts and managed the company's agreements with international consultants and commission sales representatives. He also worked on the U.S. Research team at Institutional Shareholder Services, where he issued vote recommendations to institutional investors and wrote on executive compensation, director elections, and corporate governance matters. Alec began his career conducting due diligence investigations at a global due diligence firm. A Certified Fraud Examiner, he holds an M.A. from American University, an M.A. from Korea University, and a B.A. from the University of Redlands.
