Mapping Hostile Narratives

A multinational client began facing a surge of synchronized negative coverage from advocacy groups, social amplification, and a regulatory complaint all advancing identical narratives within days of each other. We mapped the campaign's architecture: traced shared funding through 990 filings to a competitor-linked intermediary, identified shared registered agents across three ostensibly independent organizations, and located the operational consultant who had run the same infrastructure in two prior campaigns.

The findings shifted the narrative from the allegations themselves to the campaign's undisclosed origin and supported both a legal response and a media strategy.
